Molding in Mexico
The MGS Mfg. Group has a facility in Mexico manufactures products for the electronics, consumer products, and automotive industries. Over 81,000 square feet of space houses 30 injection molding machines that range from 28-770 tons, as well as an on-site tool shop to support preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of incoming molds. Value-added secondary operations To meet the highest quality standards, we utilizes a wide range of quality equipment, including a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with PC Demis and CAD++ software, and Vision System Coordinate Machine (VSCM) to ensure product excellence. Additionally, we are an ISO 9001:2000 Certified company. The strategic location of our Mexico facility and our adjacent distribution center allows us to act responsively to customers’ needs by completely eliminating time lost in oceanic transit. The distribution center is located just blocks from the Carretera Panamericana, providing the ability to deliver shipments within a matter of days, therefore allowing customers to keep their inventory levels at a minimum.
