CleanRoom Manufacturing

ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanroom molding and automation certified to 13485:2003 standards.

Currently, three MGS facilities provide ISO Certified Class 8 (100,000) cleanroom manufacturing capabilities – MGS Germantown, MGS Antioch and MGS Ireland. More than 12,000 square feet of dedicated cleanroom floor space houses 25 electric and hydraulic injection molding machines – one, two, three and four-shot enabled – ranging from 45 tons to 400 tons. In addition to injection molding, a complete range of value added operations and assemblies are performed to ISO 13485:2003 standards.
